Welcome & How to


Welcome to the Club!

We are so happy to have you as a part of our community. 

Be ready to see some massive shifts!

Module 2: Gratitude & Emotions

No matter where you are now you can still have some form of gratitude and optimism. 

This module is all about reconnecting to this "higher form" of self. 

On top of this we will cover a topic not talked about in school...understanding and processing our emotions. 

These two subjects will help you significantly in your career and personal lives. 


Module 3: Communication


We need to talk! 

This module is all about becoming a better communicator. An absolutely essential skill for your stressful work place. 

The more you practice this the more positive opportunities and people you will bring into your life.

Module 4: Awareness (Where you Are Now)

, Welcome to Module 2!

This Module is all about awareness.

Becoming aware of who we are right now, where we are, and the things we like and don't like about our current situation. 

Bringing these thoughts to the surface will allow us to dive deeper with building the life of our dreams (in the next module). 

Some of the topics we will cover include:

-Burnout symptoms and awareness

-Where your Stress is Now

-Mind, Body, and Spirit

-Cutting out Toxicity

-The Wheel of Life

-A Mindfulness Practice

Module 5: Clarity


How nice it is to have and how painful it is if you don't have it. 

Remember when you were a student and you had NO CLUE what was going to happen next? 

And now you may still feel that way. 

Have no fear. In this module we will gain clarity through some incredible exercises -> The same ones that gave me clarity when I was burnt out, lost, and depressed. 

Mind you: This will take a little bit of work BUT the results will be well WORTH IT!

Module 6: Assertiveness, Boundaries, & Self-Talk

Why Assertiveness & Boundaries?

Because this profession will chew you up and spit you out if you don't have them!

This module will strengthen you boundaries, communication, and self worth! 

Lets dive in!

Module 7: Breathe

The Importance of Breathing 

Ancient Native American Tribes saw the breath as a form of medicine. Breathing is a lost art that is unfortunately not taught in society today. When you relearn how to breath properly, your health outcomes will improve significantly and you'll feel more connected to a higher sense of self. 

Module 8 Presence & Mindfulness

“If you are depressed you are living in the past.
If you are anxious you are living in the future.
If you are at peace you are living in the present.”

-Lao Tzu

In order to change our current circumstances we must first embrace and accept them with our presence...presence is the acceptance that brings about change.

Module 9: Bedtime

Despite the importance of sleep, we live in a society where sleep deprivation is common. This is generally true in western culture where “we crave more, work more and expect more, … and in the process abandon sleep. As a shift worker, we need to focus on building a better relationship with our beloved sleep.
